NSAID mit lokalanästhetischen und schmerzlindernden Eigenschaften, ähnlich wie Ibuprofen oder Naproxen. Manchmal wird es bei Überdosierung missbraucht, wobei delirante und stimulierende Effekte berichtet werden.
